About us

A chartered firm built for founders who live outside the United States.

Instate Global LLP is an India-registered firm that helps founders and businesses outside the U.S. set up a U.S. company the right way — and then stay compliant on both sides of the border, every year after.

Why we exist

Most U.S. formation platforms are built for the American side of the transaction: they'll file your LLC and hand you an EIN, and that's where the relationship ends. If you're a foreign owner, that's only half the job. Your home country has its own reporting on the money you sent abroad, its own annual filings, and its own penalties for missing them.

We started Instate Global to close that gap — one firm that understands both the U.S. paperwork and the compliance obligations that follow you home, so nothing gets missed because two separate providers assumed the other one was handling it.

How we work

We're the client-facing firm: we own the relationship from your first call through every annual filing after. The hands-on U.S. formation, registered agent, and banking work is delivered together with our U.S.-based execution partner, who operates with a U.S. address and U.S. banking relationships — so your company is set up by people who work inside the U.S. system every day.

Every filing that leaves our office is reviewed by a qualified Chartered Accountant before it goes out, and every engagement starts with a fixed fee quoted in writing — not an hourly estimate that grows as the work does.

Who we serve

  • Founders outside the U.S. forming their first LLC or C-Corp
  • Freelancers, consultants and agencies invoicing U.S. clients
  • E-commerce, SaaS and IT-services businesses expanding into the U.S.
  • Existing foreign-owned U.S. LLCs that are behind on Form 5472 or home-country filings

What we don't do

We're not a law firm, and we don't provide U.S. attorney-of-record services. Where a matter needs a licensed U.S. attorney or CPA of record, we say so plainly and hand it off to our U.S. partner or your counsel — we'd rather be upfront about that boundary than blur it.
